Domestic Returns.
We offer a 7-day return policy, giving you a week to request a return after receiving your item.
Please be aware that we have affixed a security tag to the product to confirm its ownership by Nanrnari. If you plan to return the product, you mustn't remove the tag. Any removal of the tag will result in the product being considered used.
If you send us a used product or a product with the security tag removed, it will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, if you want us to send the product again, there will be extra delivery charges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
You can return all products, except those bought at discounted or bulk prices, within seven days of delivery. After seven days, we won't accept any returns.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@narnarifashion.com.The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. If the customer wants us to arrange a reverse pick up, a token charge of ₹100 is applicable. Reverse pickup is subject to PINCODE serviceability by our courier partner.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. If you have any questions about making a return, feel free to contact us at support@narnarifashion.com.
International Returns.
Orders with a delivery location outside India are considered international orders, unconditional to the payment method. We do not accept the return of international orders.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
